Job Description

The Property Manager will be responsible for the management and maintenance of assigned properties under the company's portfolio. They will oversee strategic planning and execution of property management best practices across the portfolio, provide leadership and guidance to the operation team, and ensure all lease properties are in good leasable condition and compliant with statutory regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of assigned properties under the company's portfolio
  • Strategic planning and execution of property management best practices across the portfolio
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operation team
  • Ensure all lease properties are in good leasable condition and compliant with statutory regulations
  • Assist in developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures and Facilities Management Policies
  • Oversee service providers' Key Performance Indicators and ensure fulfillment of contract requirements
  • Prepare and review property management reports
  • Propose and execute identified asset enhancement initiatives and improvement works
  • Manage the budgeting process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Building, Real Estate Management, Facilities, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience managing a portfolio of properties
  • Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance systems and equipment
  • Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or Green Mark Facility Manager
