We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced site supervisor to oversee various construction projects. As an essential team member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all works are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, building codes, and construction safety regulations. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education: A diploma or degree in architecture, building, or a related field is required, demonstrating a solid understanding of architectural principles and practices.
  • Certification: Accredited certification as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) is necessary to ensure expertise in handling complex construction projects.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision, including inspecting sites, coordinating teams, and managing resources.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of architectural practices, building codes, and construction safety regulations is crucial for ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality results.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills are vital for resolving issues efficiently and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
