Our Production Engineering team is a global entity that supports Jump's diverse global trading infrastructure operating across multiple traditional and crypto financial markets.

The team is responsible for building, managing, and maintaining sophisticated validator infrastructure and tooling for one of the world's top proprietary trading firms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve monitoring and alerting systems for crypto infrastructure to enable quick and effective problem resolution
  • Conduct research on new technologies and stay up-to-date with developments in the blockchain ecosystem
  • Improve the security properties of infrastructure, including key management, server hardening, intrusion detection, and security best practices
  • Collaborate with external partners to drive business growth
  • Promote community awareness and knowledge through public forums

Required Skills:
  • Experience with consensus algorithms, distributed systems, and cryptography
  • Proficiency in software development, particularly with bleeding-edge technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to reason about complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
