Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, installation, and validation of process systems (e.g., reactors, piping networks, HVAC, utilities) and mechanical equipment for pharmaceutical facilities.
- Manage full project lifecycle, from technical specifications and risk assessments to on-site installation, testing, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, including GMP/GLP requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within established guidelines.
- Conduct process optimization studies, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and validate installations for operational efficiency.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols during installation activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in process engineering and mechanical installation, with 3+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale mechanical/process installations.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM, process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, AutoCAD Plant 3D), and P&ID development.
- In-depth knowledge of piping systems, ASME B31.3, HVAC, and pressure vessel standards.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin advantageous for regional projects.
