This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our leadership team by minimizing travel stress, optimizing routes, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

  • Drive CEO and senior management to meetings, events, and destinations, including airport transfers.
  • Work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Keep the vehicle in excellent condition – clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.
  • Plan and optimize travel routes to avoid delays.
  • Assist with loading/unloading of luggage, personal items, and company materials.
  • Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Handle all matters relating to the CEO with strict confidentiality.
  • Support the company with deliveries and collections when needed.
Requirements:
  • Singapore Citizen or PR.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a personal or company driver (experience with senior executives preferred).
  • Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic conditions, and navigation apps.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking associates.
  • Physically fit with good eyesight; non-smoker preferred.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to last-minute schedule changes.
  • Professional, courteous, and service-oriented.
