As a Molecular Horticulture Officer at our institution, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by conducting research and developing new techniques for plant propagation and conservation.

Job Description
You will be responsible for assisting with micropropagation research on orchids in the genus Phalenopsis, including the preparation of sterile culture media and sub-culturing of different types of orchid and fern cultures. This role also involves supporting the achievement of the Laboratory's objectives through various duties assigned to you. You will work closely with our team of scientists and researchers to develop innovative solutions for plant propagation and conservation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, horticulture, or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in tissue culture work or related fields
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and horticultural knowledge
