Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager who can supervise daily site operations to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. This includes coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources, maintaining accurate documentation of site activities and progress reports, and identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing bored piling works, supervising the piling team to ensure efficient execution of tasks, assessing and determining appropriate piling methods for the site, and overseeing the operation and maintenance of piling equipment.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of construction experience. The candidate should have knowledge of site safety regulations for piling works and proficiency in construction software (AutoCAD).
