Educational Innovation Specialist for AI Development
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Educational Innovation Specialist. This role will focus on monitoring emerging pedagogies and technologies in training and education, working closely with the innovation team to develop and implement effective learning content and instructional strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assess emerging educational technologies, AI-driven learning tools, and innovative pedagogical approaches for applicability in digital and blended learning environments.
- Design and develop engaging, interactive, and AI-powered learning content for digital, blended, and instructor-led training.
- Develop guidelines for AI-enhanced competency assessments and micro-credentialing.
- Collaborate with higher education institutions and industry partners in proof-of-concept projects and research trials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
- WSQ Diploma in Design & Development of Learning for Performance or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance 2.0 (ACLP) a minimum for mid-career applicants.
- Experience in learning technology evaluation, instructional design, or AI-powered learning environments.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, adaptive learning, AI-driven assessments, and micro-credentials.
- Knowledge of AI governance and ethics in education is a plus.
- Experience working with universities, training providers, or government agencies is beneficial.
