    • Maintain documentation in the help desk system, user manuals, knowledge base, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in information technology or IT-related courses
  • Able to work independently and support business units daily
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in the IT industry are welcome to apply
  • Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience may be considered for a senior position
Technical Skills:
  • Deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile devices (Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Android, and Apple iOS)
