Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand anti-money laundering (AML), compliance and regulatory controls in each department and applicable regulations and policies
2. Assist in creating quality assurance programs aligned with AML action plans and internal policies
3. Review and update QA programs periodically and upon changes to laws and policies
4. Execute the QA program, report on results and make recommendations for improvements where applicable
5. Collaborate closely with Compliance and AML teams and other departments to follow up on QA recommendations
6. Perform such other tasks as assigned by Team or Department Head

Requirements:
1. Degree or Diploma
2. Professional certification such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or International Compliance Association (ICA)
3. At least three years' experience in a Quality Assurance or audit function
