Job Description

We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Architectural Assistant. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting project teams with guidance from senior architects/architects/associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Assist in the production of drawings & BIM Model development required by the project.
  • Liaise with authorities to ensure all submissions are made correctly.
  • Ensure project team's workflow practices are aligned with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level knowledge in regulatory requirements.
  • Aesthetic and design sensibility.
  • Technical detailing skills.
  • Contract administration and management experience.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
