Responsibilities and Duties
  • Meet with Clients to Understand Their Requirements and Convert Them into Paying Customers
  • Own Your Projects from Start to Finish, from Design to Execution
  • Be the Voice of Livspace and Educate Clients about Our Capabilities
  • Work Closely with the Client and Our Interior Design Team to Finalize Home Designs and GFC Drawings
  • Collaborate with the Livspace Execution Support Team to Ensure Seamless Project Execution
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience as an Interior Designer
  • Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Interior Design and Selling Experience in the Singapore Market
  • Project Management Experience Preferred
  • Knowledge of AutoCad or ArchiCad or Revit (or Other BIM Softwares)
  • Strong Visualization and Conceptualization Abilities
  • Ability to Communicate Thoughts and Ideas Effectively
  • Eye for Detail
  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Design Portfolio
