Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing electrical, mechanical, and M&E construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring all works meet technical, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve a smooth workflow.
  • Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage the handover, documentation, and final accounts of completed projects.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or building services engineering is required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in electrical, mechanical, and M&E construction projects is essential.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards is necessary.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and authority submissions is required.
  • PMP certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
