Job Title:

Early Years Educator Mentor

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team as a mentor. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the minds of young learners and contribute to their growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to Lead Teachers in preparing lessons
  • Conduct non-programme activities such as storytelling and crafts
  • Assist in supervising children during classes, between classes, and during toileting
  • Work closely with individual students or small groups to develop their skills and abilities
  • Supervise children at play and assist with daily basic routine care
  • Ensure that all Teaching Standards, Safety, Hygiene, Rules and Regulations are met

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Early Childhood Care & Education (FCECCE)
  • Fundamentals or Certificate in Preschool teaching
  • First Aid Certification (advantageous)
  • Experience in toddler care (advantageous)
  • Passionate about nurturing infants and toddlers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
