**Job Title:** Product Technical Support Engineer

 

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Product Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to customers and dealers on our products.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in vehicle navigation and project commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • On-site hardware and software troubleshooting, including equipment handling experience with forklifts, cranes, lifting equipment, rotating equipment, conveyor belts, and machinery.
  • Technical consultation and on- and off-site support for customers and dealers, addressing warranty issues and providing prompt closure of technical challenges.
  • Liaising with factory central support team to address product support issues and providing technical training to dealers, customers, and internal staff.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or Diploma in Engineering field with 10 years of working experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, independence, and initiative.
  • Background in Control Systems and/or Mechatronics is a plus.
