We are seeking a skilled Safety Operations Lead to join our team at NEWCON BUILDERS PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site safety briefings, inspections, and compiling reports and records. Additionally, they will perform construction site safety inspections, coordinate workplace safety and health control programs, and conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with MOM safety requirements.

Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in HDB building construction
  • Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in Chinese language
  • Independent and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities and a comprehensive employee assistance program.
