Maintenance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our organization. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for creating and executing regular maintenance plans for all machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute regular maintenance plans for all machinery and equipment.
  • Identify and fix issues with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in CNC machines and other equipment.
  • Help with setting up and starting new equipment.
  • Keep detailed records of all maintenance work, including logs, reports, and manuals.
  • Follow all health and safety rules and foster a safe workplace.
  • Sport areas for improvement and introduce changes to better equipment efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and handle ordering as required.
  • Cooperate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years in maintenance engineering in related field.
  • Good understanding of CNC machines (Fanuc control) and PLC programming.
  • Experienced with AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours if necessary.

Please note that the ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of machine operation and be able to perform complex tasks independently.
