Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments with customers and suppliers, processing online freight bookings, and following up on booking confirmations with carriers.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience in shipping and logistics, as well as excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with associates in view of business communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipments with customers and suppliers
  • Process online freight bookings via the system
  • Follow up on booking confirmations with carriers
  • Prepare booking confirmations to customers
  • Follow up on any required approvals
  • Prepare documents, invoices, debit, and credit notes

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of relevant experience in shipping and logistics
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (8:30am - 6pm)

Salary: Up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent
