The Procurement and Admin Associate role involves a range of responsibilities. Job Description

The primary function is to oversee procurement activities, including requesting quotations, sourcing orders, and awarding contracts. Correspondence with vendors will also be necessary to negotiate prices, product availability, and delivery terms.

In addition to these tasks, the individual will be responsible for tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers.

This role also entails administrative support duties, such as managing office equipment, overseeing office cleaning matters, maintaining the receptionist area, and coordinating with the dispatch team and IT support as needed.

Key Requirements
  • Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain management or equivalent qualification required.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Procurement and Admin support roles.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes essential.
  • Knowledge of Logistics software (SAP) an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills and experience in writing deviations advantageous.
