We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to support our research activities focusing on cognitive flexibility and learning, as well as training-related brain changes among adults and adolescents.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruit young adults from vocational institutions and the general working population via community sampling.
- Organize the collection of datasets.
- Develop and standardize protocols for data coding, data entry, and data analysis.
- Assist with conference presentations and journal papers preparation.
- Perform other administrative duties, including IRB procedures.
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Neuropsychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Experience in psychometrics and scale development/validation.
- Familiarity with ethical and administrative procedures such as IRB development.
- Prior experience in conducting adult cognitive testing.
- Prior experience with participant recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with data management protocols and ethical regulatory frameworks in Singapore.
- Experience in performing general administration tasks for research projects.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work within given deadlines.
