Join a dynamic kitchen team as a Food Preparation Specialist and contribute to delivering high-quality food service. Your key responsibilities will include assisting chefs and cooks with basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare simple dishes like salads, sandwiches, or side items.
  • Set up and restock workstations and food prep areas.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas according to health and safety standards.
  • Receive, check, and store deliveries of food supplies.
  • Dispose of waste and manage recycling according to guidelines.
  • Help with plating and garnishing dishes during service.
  • Follow all kitchen safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.

Requirements:
  • No formal qualifications required, but basic food handling knowledge is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or F&B environment is preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Physically fit to stand for long hours and perform manual tasks.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
