About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Leader to join our Digital Office IT Cybersecurity administration and operation unit at M1. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our cybersecurity efforts and drive strategic initiatives to protect our organization's assets.



Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and maintain cybersecurity tools such as vulnerability management, insider threat management, and PCI DSS status for the organization.
  • Spearhead the Cybersecurity ISO certification process and audit governance, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide governance support on User Access Management for all IT systems, maintaining a high level of security and access control.
  • Support security incident and threat investigations from internal and external stakeholders, driving swift resolution and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee external vendors and outsourced partners on cybersecurity operations for responsible systems, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective risk management.
  • Assist in the development and establishment of security baselines and processes, fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices.


Requirements



  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent, with a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles.
  • Possess 1-3 years' experience in the cybersecurity domain or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrate passion for pursuing a career in Cybersecurity, staying up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies.
  • Have hands-on experience managing cybersecurity tools and systems, such as CyberArk, Tenable, End Point Protection, and others.
  • Show a good understanding and knowledge of various security-related technologies, including Firewalls, IPS, VPN, 2FA, WAF, PAM, Web Proxy Gateway, and Anti-malware solutions.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks from ISO and NIST is a plus.
  • Candidates with security certifications like CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
  • possess good knowledge and interest in current cyber threats, staying ahead of the curve in terms of threat intelligence and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in managing an outsourcing partner is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrate collaborative team player skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
