Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at GRAND HYATT SINGAPORE. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess a GCE 'O' level qualification and above
• Have at least 6 months of prior experience in a similar capacity in a spa environment
• Possess a pleasant disposition and be well-groomed
• Have a good command of spoken and written English
• Be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
