About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all necessary health and safety protocols
  • Foster effective communication with parents, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Contribute to the development of educational programs and activities that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of preschoolers
Requirements:
  • A minimum Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education, ACEY or L2, is required for this position
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, as you will be working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills are necessary to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Knowledge of preschool educational development principles is highly valued
