Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a Product Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for yields and quality improvement for various devices.

  • The Product Engineer will have close interaction with Product Test Engineering teams and communicate technical product status to management.
  • The role involves resolving low yield/reliability issues by following up with Foundries and test subcontractors.
  • The Product Engineer will monitor parameter test and wafer sorting yields with in-depth analysis using various statistical data analysis tools and understand on semiconductor process knowledge, e.g., inline d0, ET, CPK etc.
  • The position requires developing failure analysis methodologies as required for assigned projects to enable rapid problem solving with support of internal and external parties.
Requirements
  • A Degree/Master's in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related discipline is required.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Capability of mass data analysis is necessary.
  • Min 2 years of experience in Product Engineering is required.

A salary package will be offered based on working experience.
