ERP Business Analyst

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ERP systems and business intelligence solutions, with a proven track record of requirements engineering and structured process analysis.
  • Responsibilities include optimizing ERP processes in production, logistics, purchasing, and quality, as well as participating in rollouts, migrations, and the introduction of new modules across three sites.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential for this role, along with a service-oriented mindset and strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
  • Frequent travel is required, and close collaboration with colleagues across Singapore, Wuxi, Clark, and Europe is necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with ERP systems (ideally proAlpha) and BI solutions (preferably QlikSense).
  • Strong background in requirements engineering and structured process analysis.
  • Passion for conducting training sessions and enabling business users.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, combined with a structured work style.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Tagalog would be an advantage.
