Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated English education specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons based on our curriculum and pedagogy. They will also assist with after-school work, support managers with daily operations, and help students realize their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching: Deliver lessons in an engaging and dynamic manner, based on our curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Assistance: Help students with after-school work and assist managers with the daily operation.
  • Student Development: Engage students and help them realize their potential.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Certification: Local or prominent university graduate in the English teaching field or relevant fields.
  • Academic Excellence: Excellent academic results in primary to secondary English.
  • Pedagogical Skills: Demonstrate passion in education – committed to nurturing the students and makes effort to continually improve yourself.
  • Personality Traits: Dynamic and confident, with an approachable disposition.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability: Required to work on weekends.
  • Experience: Candidates with prior teaching experience are preferred.
