Investment Fundraising Professional

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a seasoned Capital Raising Specialist to lead fundraising efforts across high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. The ideal candidate will have strong connections in the investment or real estate space and a passion for strategic fundraising.
- Develop and implement effective capital-raising strategies to achieve fundraising goals
- Build and manage long-term relationships with Limited Partners to foster trust and cooperation
- Closely coordinate with relevant teams on fund marketing, investor materials, and structuring to ensure seamless execution
- Represent the organization at networking events, roadshows, and investor meetings to enhance visibility and credibility
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Diploma in Banking / Financial Services / Real Estate and have a minimum 3 years of experience in sales or client relations, especially in real estate, banking, and insurance industries. Strong existing networks within the real estate or investment community in Singapore are highly preferred. Proficiency in English, and spoken Mandarin is required.
