Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Finance Assistant Officer to join our team at GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling trade finance transactions, ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Guidelines, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process trade finance transactions, including L/C Issuance, Inward and Outward Collection, and Export LC Advising.
  • Perform compliance checks on trade transactions to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations.
  • Handle settlements and disbursements of proceeds, including MT103/MT202 transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of trade finance reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team lead.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade finance, with a degree in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
