Job Overview

The Delivery Team Member role involves assisting drivers in collecting and delivering various items, ensuring timely and efficient service. This position requires a physically fit individual with strong communication skills to handle interactions with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist drivers to collect and deliver a variety of items, considering weight and size limitations.
  • Load items into vans or trucks independently, using appropriate equipment as needed.
  • Collect goods from customer warehouses, verifying documents and cargo for accurate delivery.
  • Unload goods using pallet jacks, transferring them between vehicles and warehouses safely.
  • Perform handover of delivery shipments to receivers, verifying documentation and cargo contents.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by managers or supervisors as required.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Strong physical fitness and agility
  • Ability to understand simple English
  • Experience in FMCG or similar industries
  • Unloading and vehicle operation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
