Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage complex projects, collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders across OCBC and Bank of Singapore.
  • Work closely with the product owner to establish the product roadmap and act as a liaison between product, technology, business, and governance teams.
  • Run big agile development teams, monitor progress, and address obstacles to ensure successful project completion.
  • Develop a detailed project management plan and track items on the critical path.
  • Drive project meetings, including the Project Steering Committee, and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Establish a robust project governance framework using agile and SDLC methodologies.
  • Anticipate, manage, and resolve issues, risks, dependencies, and impediments that may impact project delivery.
  • Mentor product owners in creating and maintaining product backlogs.
  • Coach teams in agile practices and ensure adherence to agile values and Scrum principles.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering multiple complex projects in the wealth domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working with senior leadership in a large organization.
  • Ability to influence decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Clear vision and understanding of project goals and deliverables, with consideration for the bigger picture.
  • Experience driving project meetings and stakeholder management.
  • Expertise in estimation and planning, with the ability to create reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
