Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Insolvency Associate.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in insolvency and corporate restructuring.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in Administration: Assist in the day-to-day administration of insolvency and corporate restructuring engagements, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise with various stakeholders such as creditors and regulatory bodies relevant to the insolvency engagements, maintaining excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Investigation and Asset Recovery: Assist in the investigation into the affairs of wound-up companies and the recovery of assets for distribution, demonstrating strong research and analytical skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in Insolvency: Have experience in insolvency and corporate restructuring, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
