The role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist is to design, develop, and optimize AI solutions in line with business requirements. This involves developing cutting-edge algorithms and models that can effectively drive innovation and tackle complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML algorithms and models using state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies. Conduct research and experiments to identify the most suitable AI approaches for various business use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions. Tune and fine-tune AI models to improve accuracy, performance, and scalability. Deploy and configure cloud-based AI solutions, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure. Ensure efficient integration of AI models with existing systems and applications. Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed AI solutions, addressing any issues or bottlenecks. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and best practices. Contribute to the development of frameworks, libraries, and tools to streamline AI workflows.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D degree in a relevant field, such as AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Strong background in AI/ML algorithms, techniques, and methodologies, such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and distributed computing frameworks. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and experience in deploying and configuring AI solutions. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
