Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products, from raw materials to finished goods.

About the Role:
  • Perform laboratory testing and analysis to verify product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to prevent defects and ensure consistency in product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify and address quality issues.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine testing and sampling of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Analyze data and results to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions and process improvements to address quality issues and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field, such as chemistry, biology, or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control or related role, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, regulations, and standards, including ISO 9001 and cGMP.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a scientific or technical field.
  • Professional certifications, such as CQA or RAC, preferred.
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with knowledge of FDA and international regulatory requirements.
