Central Cooling Systems Operations Expert

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Central Cooling Systems Operations Expert to oversee the daily operation, maintenance and performance of our centralised cooling systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure reliability and efficiency of centralised cooling systems.
  • Monitor system functionality and address any performance issues promptly.
  • Coordinate responses to client requests and feedback within agreed service timelines.
  • Plan, assign, and supervise internal staff and external service providers to support ongoing maintenance and repair activities.
  • Manage spare parts, tools, and resources to support preventive and corrective maintenance work.
  • Maintain accurate records of system performance, incidents, and service activities for internal and client reporting.
  • Provide timely updates to management and stakeholders on system status, scheduled works, and any service disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience working with ACMV / HVAC systems.
  • Well-versed in ACMV, HVAC, and Chiller plant operations.
  • Independent and a good team player.
