We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Securities Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and structuring collateral agreements, assessing security interests across agreements involving different stakeholders, and managing tri-party agreements for moving benchmark rates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in banking, securities, or financial law, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in structured finance, banking, or financial markets legal practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A law degree from Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, UK, or US
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in structured finance, banking, or financial markets legal practice
- Demonstrated experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating secured transactions and agreements
- Familiarity with custody agreements, first-priority security interests, NAV provisions, and real-time valuation mechanisms
- Strong analytical, risk assessment, and cross-functional communication skills
