Curriculum Development Specialist Role

This role is part of a dynamic team tasked with developing and implementing curricula for higher education institutions. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, collaborating with subject matter experts, and utilizing your expertise in instructional design to drive meaningful insights.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in educational research, curriculum development, or instructional design, and possesses excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should have experience working on cross-functional teams and be proficient in critical thinking and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of labor market analytics and educational goals from partners
• Collaborate with data taxonomers, annotators, machine learning experts, and university partners to analyze curricula and launch new educational programs
• Utilize expertise in instructional design to identify and address key research questions that guide content development
• Evaluate the scope, standards, and other relevant criteria of higher education content
• Compile curricular research findings into detailed reports and summaries, providing clear options for curriculum development
