Job Description
The Preventive Care Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase screening and vaccination rates among the western population. This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and community partners to design and implement effective programs, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and tracking progress towards goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public health or healthcare administration
- Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
