Environmental Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist to manage our green rating process and ensure project targets are achieved. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, experience with dynamic simulation tools such as IES and CFD, and excellent project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Green Rating process of projects and ensure target achievement
  • Conduct all necessary calculations for ACMV systems, lighting, and landscape design
  • Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions
  • Project management for local and overseas projects

Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in related field
  • Willingness to travel and work independently or in small teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
