Business Development Manager for CCTV Solutions

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the CCTV market.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue in the CCTV industry;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose customized solutions to meet customers' needs;
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including system integrators, channel partners, and end-users;
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams;
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth;
- Polytechnic or Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales or technical sales roles, preferably in the CCTV/IIoT industry;
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and video management software;
- Familiarity with network infrastructure technologies and IIoT concepts;
- Strong understanding of industrial environments, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards related to CCTV/IIoT solutions;
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and provide accurate documentation and proposals;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Salary Range: SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum
