Decarbonisation Solutions Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Decarbonisation Solutions Manager at Go Net Zero Pte. Ltd.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve developing and implementing strategies to help clients achieve their net-zero goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer success.

About the Role

The Decarbonisation Solutions Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth;
  • Leading and mentoring a team of customer success professionals;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for high-level technical inquiries;
  • Building strong relationships with key customers;
  • Acting as an expert on our products and providing insights to customers;
  • Collaborating closely with sales, product, technical, and Group Digital teams;

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or presales engineering role in SaaS or software industry.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $120,000 per annum, located at our corporate office at 30 Hill Street, Singapore 179360.
