TBM Electrician

Location: Singapore

HERRENKNECHT ASIA HEADQUARTERS PTE. LTD.

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum

• Troubleshoot and repair complex control systems for Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) and Vertical Shaft Machines (VSMs)
• Maintain accurate documentation for existing and new equipment
• Identify and resolve operational issues with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and related components
• Participate in system start-ups and operational checkouts, including configuration, wiring, calibration, and power testing
• Analyze and diagnose electrical or mechanical malfunctions or failures of equipment
• Evaluate and ensure that components and support systems comply with all relevant standards and regulations
• Perform repairs and replacements of defective components

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the tunnelling industry
• Proven experience with TBMs, VSMs, and Pipe Jacking Machines
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
