About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the growth and execution of our asset transformation offerings. As a Product Director of Asset Transformation, you will be responsible for defining and driving the overarching product strategy and vision for tokenization.

Key Responsibilities:

">

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute comprehensive product strategies, guiding the creation, issuance, and distribution of tokenized securities to meet market demands and regulatory standards.

">

• Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team from the ground up, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages professional growth and excellence in product delivery.

">

• Partnership: Identify key partners in the industry and achieve business goals together.

">

Requirements:

">

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product management, emphasizing blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, or financial products.

">

• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing tokenization projects or digital securities products, especially related to real-world assets (RWAs).

">

• Preferred knowledge of financial products such as money market funds, asset-backed securities, or other conventional financial instruments.

">

• In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, token economics, and the tokenization process.

">

• Awareness of global financial markets and regulations, particularly in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the US.

">
