We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Responsibilities

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 18 months to 6 years

Support the primary teacher with assigned tasks and daily care of children

Collaborate with parents to evaluate children's developmental progress

Prioritize the safety and welfare of children during their time at the centre

Execute the centre's programmes and introduce new initiatives

Requirements

Minimum N levels qualification

At least 1 year of working experience in a related field

Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and integrity when dealing with confidential information

Proactive individual with a willingness to take initiative

Commitment to improving self and organization

Basic skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
