About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our Civil Works project in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from planning to execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordination with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Development and implementation of project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
  2. Registration as a professional engineer with BCA Singapore is mandatory.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  4. Prior experience in civil works, dredging, revetment, pier, and wharf construction is highly preferred.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD is essential.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
