- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining the branch's appearance.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staff members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
- Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
