Senior Channel Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Channel Development Manager to join our team at INCALL SYSTEMS PTE LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent sales and partnership skills to drive business growth through effective channel partnerships.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners, resellers, and other channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Identify new channel opportunities and support the sales team in achieving indirect sales channel objectives.
- Manage the opening of new accounts and work closely with existing retail network to maximize sales.
- Promote products and services to all retail outlets and participate in events as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain good rapport with retailers to enhance sales performance.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of ITE/GCE 'O' level or equivalent qualification in Business or IT.
- At least 1 year's sales experience in mobile phones will be advantageous.
- Possess pleasant disposition, good interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays during trade shows if required.
- Able to travel around Singapore for business purposes.
- Familiarity with channel sales models and partner programs.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics in the relevant industry.
- Ability to travel for meetings with partners and attend industry events.
- Salary: A competitive salary based on experience, estimated at SGD $6,000 - $8,000 per month.
- Commission: Sales-based commission structure (if applicable).
