Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our Global Network Services team in Singapore. As a Level 2 Network Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our robust and resilient network infrastructure, enabling 24x7 client-centric business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Operations Support: Provide timely and effective support for our global data network, ensuring seamless operation, maintenance, and restoration of network services.
  2. Incident Management: Participate in incident management calls, representing Global Network Operations, and work with global colleagues to identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network problems.
  3. Change Management: Implement regular break-fix related changes, following key operation procedures to progress and update incident and change tickets.
  4. Training and Development: Act as an internal training resource, providing knowledge transfer to Tier 1/2 operations engineers, and participate in effective handovers between APAC and US L2 operation teams.
  5. Escalation and Communication: Perform timely escalations to technical and management teams, engage vendor escalation services, and provide detailed written summaries of incidents.
Requirements
  1. Networking Experience: 5 years or more of experience in enterprise-grade networks, with a strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, GTM, LTM VPN, MP-BGP, OSPF, Cisco ACI, Wireless technology, DWDM, Multicast, HSRP, Spanning tree, VRF, and DDOS.
  2. Certifications: CCNA or other associate to professional level certifications.
  3. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in troubleshooting network problems pertaining to IP routing and network protocols, with a strong technical ability to troubleshoot and progress complex IP networks and hardware problems.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with Operations Level 1 Engineer, Operations Level 2 Engineer, other IT groups regionally and globally for support and resolution of high-priority incidents.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a 12-hour day shift, 4 days on, 4 days off, and is required to be performed on-site at our office in Singapore. Relevant vaccination requirements apply as applicable.
