Rollgaadi Kathi Rolls Pte. Ltd., a leading Indian Gourmet Kathi Kebab Roll chain, is seeking an experienced outlet captain/outlet group captain to spearhead our expansion efforts.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
The selected candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from SGD 6,800 to SGD 8,200 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes benefits such as performance-based bonuses and opportunities for professional growth within the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals with prior experience in F&B (front & back of house), fluent in English, and having a mindset of service. Fluency in another language (Chinese, Tamil, Bahasa) will be a plus. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing all operations, customer service, cashier & POS management, inventory management, scheduling management, food quality management, food preparation, supply management.
• Ensuring every SOP is exactly followed by the outlet team.
• Maintaining all equipment at the outlet at top condition.
• Managing compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, candidates must have complete familiarity with Indian cuisine and spices, a graduate degree, 2-6 years' experience in an Indian F&B set up, willingness to work 6 days a week, 10.30 am-10 pm, with scheduled breaks in the day, competence with MS Office, competent with budgeting and basic accounting, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
