Job Description

The Assistant Front Office Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the front office including night shift, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services to guests. This role will be responsible for supervising and guiding the front office team in their daily tasks, responding promptly to guest needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.

As a key member of our management team, the Assistant Front Office Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation. They will be responsible for monitoring standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff, as well as coaching and supporting front office personnel during peak periods.

The Assistant Front Office Manager will also play a vital role in promoting inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities, analyzing rate variance reports to ensure rooms revenue control, and maximizing sales through effective marketing techniques.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our hotel.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
  • 3 years' experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience
  • Excellent problem handling and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach team members
